MOSM-MM30U

MOSM-MM30U is a compact OSM-L system-on-module designed to bring AI-enabled edge computing to industrial and embedded applications. Supporting MediaTek Genio™ 720 and Genio™ 520 processors, the module provides a high-efficiency Arm® Cortex®-A78 + Cortex®-A55 architecture for intelligent edge workloads. The Genio 720 configuration features an integrated NPU delivering up to 10 TOPS of AI performance, accelerating applications such as object detection, facial recognition, and intelligent vision processing. Onboard LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 storage provide fast and reliable data handling, while support for eDP, DSI, LVDS, USB 3.0/2.0, PCIe Gen2, and Gigabit Ethernet enables flexible system integration. Based on the OSM-L v1.2 open standard with a 662-pin LGA layout, the compact 45 × 45 mm module offers a space-saving and scalable platform for a wide range of industrial AIoT and embedded applications.
