Dear Customers, To speed up your RMA process, please apply for RMA number before shipping your products back to us. Returning products with no RMA number will create inevitable delay and may cause delay and incidence of lost property.

To apply for RMA number, please submit RMA form online by submitting the online form. You could also download the RMA form in PDF, fill it out and fax it back to our RMA service center.
