PCOM‑B65A is a COM Express Type 6 Basic module built on the Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 2 U/H platform (codenamed Arrow Lake‑U/H) and is fully compatible with the COM Express Rev. 3.1 standard. Leveraging Intel 4 lithography and the VNNI instruction set, the platform delivers robust computing performance within a 15–28W thermal range, making it well suited for diverse embedded applications. The module integrates an NPU for dedicated AI acceleration and features Intel® Arc™ Graphics to further enhance AI and visual performance. PCOM B65A provides up to 24 PCIe Gen 4 lanes, 4 USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, and 2 SATA interfaces. Its comprehensive and flexible I/O architecture supports a wide range of embedded and industrial applications, making it ideal for mission critical environments and AI edge computing workloads.
