The Portwell PNC series offers a comprehensive portfolio of OCP (Open Compute Project) NIC 3.0 network cards, storage expansion modules, and AI expansion modules. Featuring a convenient thumbscrew pull-tab design, these network interface cards (NICs) simplify maintenance and upgrades. Despite their compact form factor, they are configured with high port density to optimize connectivity options.

Furthermore, the PNC series of network adapters ensures network connection and business continuity. Specially designed models provide a built-in network bypass function to optimize uptime, fail-safe network connectivity, as well as network security, resilience, and threat prevention.

The PNC-EB4S-G10 network adapter series features Portwell’s innovative proprietary design based on OCP NIC 3.0 specification with extended depth and height of the OCP NIC 3.0 SFF physical form factor, to provide even higher port density as well as more application design flexibility. Built with 4x 10GbE SFP+ ports and network bypass function, it offers two versions including PNC-EB4SS-G10 with short-range SFP+ transceivers, and PNC-EB4SL-G10, long-range. PNC-EB4S-G10 network adapters are designed with Intel Ethernet controller, delivering energy efficiency, seamless interoperability, optimized load balancing, and enhanced agility through Data Plane Development Kit (DPDK) drivers.

Offering a comprehensive feature set to ensure superior performance and reliability, the PNC-EB4S-G10 bypass network adapter series is an ideal critical component for modern network infrastructure in diverse applications for next-generation firewalls, unified threat management (UTM) solutions, network routers, gateways, and software-defined wide-area networks (SD-WAN).
